We have opened our site to Service Users and Carers, using online survey and communication tools to give everyone a real say in the health care they receive.
We would like your feedback in order to:
- Learn about your experiences of our services (positive or negative), whether you are a service user, carer, family or staff member
- Understand how we may improve your experiences based on your feedback
- Ensure that patient feedback forms a key part of improving our services in the future
